Welcome! Sounds great that you are getting back into it. Hopefully you can see healthy eating as a lifestyle change and not just a temporary thing. You did it once you can do it again, only this time you should develop good eating and exercise habits. Hello: I have just joined spark people.com & bought the book. This website seems great. I have been dieting/struggling with weight/overeating for years. Sometime in 2008 I managed to lose close to 70/75 lbs. Since then I have gained it all back. Currently at 264. I really need to lose at least 64lbs. If possible I would like to lose 84lbs. Working on figuring out the nutrition guide tracking information. Also I have gotten on the stationary bike the last 3 days, 20 minutes ea day. Thanks!
