Welcome Robert. I have a pretty structured life style. So planning out what I am doing for exercise is easy for me. I can't help you there. I'll say this, surround yourself with good healthy food, and count your caleries on Sparkpeople daily, and regardless of your crazy schedule, it will help. I am a really busy dude that works a crazy rotating shift schedule It has taken me 2 years to do it but i so far have lost 82 lbs in spite of all the curve balls. I am an industrial electrician by trade and look forward to any input you guys have on staying healthy while working swing shifts.
