I'm new to this team but not SP. I use SP more for 'support' and information more than anything else.

I've been at my goal weight/look for a couple of years now and in pursuit to GAIN more muscle mass.

My personality is edgy but I am a fair and just person and don't judge others.

I am 48 years old and was into Depeche Mode, The Cure, Dead or Alive way back in the early 80's. I was a "New Waver" back then.

Anyway, it's nice to see folks out there that still like to rock!

USING SP TO HELP YOU KEEP TRACK OF WEIGHT LOSs, CALORIE INTAKE AND EXERCISE "IS" THE SHORTCUT!!!!!!
