emoticon IT's hard but you will work it out! THe trackers are key to weight loss. Use them everyday and eventually it becomes a habit. emoticon emoticon

I am 50 and ready to get fit and healty got to many grandkids to keep up with. i lose 40 lbs a year and half ago but with back to some old habits and gained about 30 of it back. Now I want to lose it forever and make my family healthier too.
