THis program is great but you have to use the tools for them to work! My favorite is the nutrition tracker. I find that I can eat more then I think I can - and that stops me from throwing in the towel some nights. Sometimes when I think I have overeaten and might as well go full steam into an eating binge, I find I have not eaten as much as I think I have and that gives me enough time to pause and think before I continue downing more food. THe challenges are great motivators as well. The community of like mind individuals also gives everyone great stength.

Hi, Here I am again, trying to lose weight and get healthier. I work for a hospital and I've joined their yearly weight loss program. A group of us girls, from two offices, joined. We are called the Cardiac Chubs! Yes we work for cardiologists, and we are not giving a good example for our patients. I have been with one of the doctors for 29 years, and have gained 70 pounds over the years. We started out as private practice and now work for the hospital. So my goal is to lose some of that gain before I have to retire. I hope to work at least 5 more years. Good luck to everyone trying to loose, no matter what your story is. Blessings, BJ
