Hi everyone, I started walking 2 to 3 miles a day but its been 2 weeks that my right foot started hurting and my ankle is swollen and I can't figure out what happened. So now I have to wait to see my foot Dr. so he can tell me what I have to do. I know I was loosing weight but have to take care of my right foot since its been 2 years since I had surgery on the left foot. Anyone have any ideas on what kind of exercises I can do for now
