Someone told me I should join so I did. I have a pretty good support system, but thought this might help me keep better track of things and my goals and ask questions if I get in a funk. I started walking back in October and was doing really good had worked up to 6 times a week and 1-1.5 miles a day. I had alot more energy and feeling really good. Then three weeks ago I had company for a two week visit and didn't get to stick to my routine. Last week I just couldn't get back on track. This morning though I walked for the first time since the 2nd. I walked 1.19 miles and was surprised when I didn't cramp or anything. SO that my me feel even better. I'm also a big woman and have been heavy all my life. I do have health problems that make it hard to lose weight and for a really long time I stayed , but the last two years I have gained and that really bothers me. So I've finally decided that I need to do something about it. While I do eat healthy, I hate exercise. LOL So far things are going good. Please send me a message to say HI. I would like to make some new friends too.
