There is no place to mark gluten free. I have Celiac Disease and trust me the GF boards have tried and tried with numerous petitions. The Spark People nutritionist has them snowed into believing that there is no way to eat a balance diet without gluten so won't make a GF option.
As far as soups, I know it floored me when I found every stinking can of Campbells has gluten in one form or another. Progresso has a lot of flavors that are GF including a lot of their low calorie versions.

I just joined a couple of days ago. I am allergic to a variety of pollens, but more difficult than that is my allergy to wheat. Why, oh why, do they put it in so many soups and sauces and even spice mixes?
Where can I put in my preferences that I am allergic to wheat? I don't want to be getting recipes for things I cannot eat. I have a friend who is in the weight loss thing here, and she said it had a place to mark wheat or gluten or something. I joined under the healthy lifestyle thing, and I didn't see a place for that anywhere. Please help!
