Just found SP two weeks ago. I've been a veggie for over 10 years now. I managed the first 35+lbs on my own, but it took a year. I stalled out and hope this site and the support of all of you can help me get moving again.
I've been incorporating more and more whole foods into our household diet, and I'm always looking for more info and good ideas. Especially on the taste side! I love anything whole and the more unprocessed the better, but my husband is another story entirely! He still eats meat (though not at home) and he doesn't like the "nutty" taste of whole wheat, so I'm doing all I can to sneak it in. He's a good sport for the most part so any new ideas I find, he's game to try.
