Hi, and welcome!
Thank you for bringing that book to our attention! I love Italian and Greek food; the vegetarian books I've looked at were heavy on dairy products.
I've placed this on hold at my local library. I'll let you all know how I like it.

Hi & welcome aboard. I've not heard of that cookbook, but I may have to check it out. Thanks for mentioning it.

Hello! I'm really glad I found this group; after reading just a little bit, it looks like this group will provide a lot of what I'm looking for.
Recently I purchased The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen to help me learn how to cook differently. My....so far everything I've cooked from it has been *great*!
I basically only know how to cook things with meat, cheese, etc., so I am thinking if I can try some vegan cooking, I can learn how to utilize fruits, vegetables, and yummy herbs in my diet successfully.
So far, it's been fun (and enlightening) trying the recipes from the cookbook.
Have any of you tried that cookbook? What do you think?
