I'm new to this team, but definately not new to SP. I won't go into details about me (it's all on My SparkPage).
I started eating whole foods in May, when I found out I have Dilated Cardiomyopathy. Funny how getting bad news can straighten you up real quick!
I try to eat organic as well, but sometimes it just isn't possible. I do have one day a week when I can eat anything I want and not feel guilty! There is no way I could go through life without Chinese food & pizza.
