I've found myself doing a lot of raw during the week -- at work, and that works well for me. However, in the evenings and on the weekends - I have my family to accomodate too. They've been very tolerant so far, but I've gotta cook some stuff and season it so they'll like it (at least a little).
I'm really proud of my daughter right now. She's doing really well at trying to change too. I'm not sure what her goal is, but mine is to eat no meat at least 3 days a week. Last week neither of us ate any meat except at breakfast yesterday and today. Being a vegan, you probably know better than I .. but after 5 days with no meat, it felt really weird and a little uncomfortable even thinking about eating any. -- --I sure wish I could feel that way about ice cream - LOL
