I'm trying to eat more whole foods -- and to try to practice a Mediterranean style of eating (lots of fruits, veggies, and whole grains with very little meat).
My family is HALF way on board. I'm going to have to be creative (learn a lot) - if I'm going to keep their support. So....
I'm hoping this forum will help me learn how to add some variety -- especially with seasonings, etc. -- to keep their interest.
