I looove chocolate, too! IMVEGAN gave some great suggestions for chocolate stand-ins. I also always have some really, really good vegan chocolate around, since sometimes nothing but the real thing will do.
(Oh, great, now I want some chocolate...)

I make myself a cafe mocha. I make a coffee with a non dairy milk and stevia to sweeten it. Or if you look on Happy Herbivore's website she has a one serving chocolate mug cake recipe that is about 160 calories that is good every once in a while if you leave room for it in your plan or if you work it off.
If you use wholesome whole foods to sweeten like dates or things like stevia that do not effect your glycemic (sic) index and aren't artificial sweeteners you can use a little natural cocoa and whole wheat pastry flour every once in a while or oats and a little cocoa to make a chocolate treat. Look around on some websites for recipes. They are out there to be found.

For the most part, we shop with whole foods in mind, but I am craving chocolate. Does anyone else have this craving, and what do you suggest I do?
