Welcome Diane. Glad you are changing your life style. With both your mum and Grandma having breast cancer any small change you make, changes your numbers, so good for you!!!!



Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.

Good afternoon all! I have recently started a vegan whole plant food diet after watching Forks over Knives like 5 times.The results are astounding. I hope to reverse my type 2 diabeties and hopefully avoid the breast cancer my Mom and Grandma had. I am loving this way of eating,and love to cook so have been printing and trying some great recipes! Can't wait to meet you all! Diane
