I embraced the concepts of more natural foods when my husband became a diabetic. I shop the perimeter of the stores and visit the natural foods department and stores when I need something good. I have to adjust for his limits on fluids due to congestive heart failure. Recently I got a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Hence I now must limit processed foods for me as well.
