I'm Carolin and I'm from Germany - so sorry for my (sometimes) bad English.
I decided to eat only whole food (and also vegan) last year. Me and my child (almost 3 year old) are sticking to that now for one year.
My son has neurodermitis and our whole food and vegan nutrition really helps his skin. Before we changed our diet, he woke up several times in the night because his breathing had stopped. Since we don't eat animal products any more, we both can sleep though the night.
We're always looking for new recipes, especially for baking (whole food & vegan).
