Hi, I am a mother of two boys trying to get my post pregnancy weight back down to a healthier weight. Due to family history of high blood pressure, stroke and diabetis I am wanting to lose my extra pounds to remain as healthy as possible. I just recently enrolled in Curves a really small gym in the neighborhoood and I love it! All the other workout gyms were too large and confusing and scared me! lol but I feel i am heading on a good track, been using SparkPage for a while now off and on but lost my old account so here I am starting over again, down 11 lbs in a little over a month and I wanna keep it going, If anyone has any idea how to move around on sparkpeople please help me out. I am looking for any and all support and help to make this time be the greatest success for me! Thanks you all!
