Hello, my name is Nancy and I am in the process of changing my diet to plant based diet. I find it easy to eat fruits and vegetables and I am working on adding in the whole grains on a daily basis.

I cannot say I am 100% vegetarian, but I am determined not to buy supermarket meat. I watched the video Meet Your Meat and realized how much stress those animals are under. If stress is not good for humans, it certainly cannot be good for animals.

I am currently reading books by Drs. McDougall, Fuhrman, Barnard. I am easy convinced that many of our health problems we are experiencing as a nation can be reversed or prevented by diet.

I am looking forward to getting to know some of you as well as glean information from your experiences and learning.
