I'm new to Spark, still trying to figure the website out! My name is Laura, I'm a 19 year old fitness and health student from Ontario. When I moved out of the house last year, I made it a mission to lose weight and clean up my diet. So far so good!
My diet has gradually changed from a vegetarian eating poor foods, to whole food vegan (except on my cheat days! SHHH!).
