Hi, my name is Tammy (TeeKay25) and I stumbled across this team looking at other whole food teams. I've recently changed the way I eat and have been eating plant-based foods as part of a fast. So far the results have been pretty amazing in a very short period of time - more energy, feel full faster and for a longer period of time.
