I've just joined Sparkpeople and I'm new to vegan eating. I'm hoping to find people who will help me in my search to find interesting recipes (quick, tasty,common ingredients, etc.) to make for one or two servings. I also need help in varying my selection of foods so that I get proper nutrition.
I've just received "Vegan Bites: recipes for singles" that looks promising. Anyone familiar with the book?
