Hi! My name is Angelique and I live in Central AR with hubby of (almost)22 years and four kids. I'm the "constant starter." I think my record for sticking to any fitness/eating plan is about 3 weeks max. I have used the McDougal plan and lost a few pounds, but found it hard to stick to long-term, especially with a family who really likes their meat. I'm leaning now towards raw foodism, but for me, being 100% raw would be almost impossible to maintain long term. I look forward to "meeting" ya'll so we can encourage and edify one another in this journey.
