Hello all - I've been on sparkpeople for almost the past year and my weight has fluctuated up and down. I recently quit smoking and decided to adopt a vegetarian diet, working my way to becoming a vegan. I hope a complete permanent lifestyle change will be what I need to be health, happy, and glowing. I also changed my goals to smaller increments to make them more manageable.

I am Lauren, I've been using spark on and off for the past couple of years. I have been a vegan for a few years and I've gained 20lbs from being on prednisone for Crohn's disease. I am looking to lose the weight and get back on track!
