Hi. I've done Eat to Live in the past and lost about 7-10 pounds, but have since fallen off the wagon. As usual, the weight has returned. On our way home from a trip, my husband and I listened to The China Study and decided to go whole vegan again with the help of Dr McDougall and his Maximum Weight Loss book. I'm going to find and tailor a routine and eating plan we can stick with as a family. Our goals are to lose about 20 pounds each. Tips are greatly appreciated :) Jo
That sounds interesting. I love to watch BBC's "You are What you Eat" with holistic nutritionist Gillian McKeith. If you haven't watched it you might check it out if you have a chance. I have a lot of her cookbooks that I use weekly.

I am a new members to Whole Foods for Health team, and I am very glad to have found it. I became a began in Oct 07 after having been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I followed Dr. Neal Bernard's program for reversing diabetes. Within six months, I had lost 30 pounds and my numbers improved greatly. My challenge now is to stay on course.
