Hi all, I joined because of one topic I saw--Fungus. I've been researching foods and realized just yesterday that grains do contain sugars. I need alot of help in the food department. I'm trying not to get depressed that I can't enjoy many of the things I used to eat. I'm what I call a raw/vegantarian-lol. But living the most healthy is of utter importance. Now that I realize I have to cut out grains, what do I do? I'm worried I won't be getting all the nutrients my body needs. So Help Me--Please Should I just skip the transition and go raw?
