I am not familiar with that particular doctor, but I know from friends, family, and from my own personal life that diet and exercise can reverse many health conditions. And I also know that it doesn't take long. In only a short time, the effects of adding more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and fewer saturated fats and red meat can turn your life around.
