I donít know what your over all diet is like but in addition to fiber, you should be eating 6-8 servings of fruits and vegetables (at least). If you get more, great. But if you can get in that much, then youíd be on the right track. You also need to be drinking at least 8 cups of water per day. I usually get about 10. More on days when I exercise. Incidentally, Iím going 2-3 times every day.
If you eat enough fruits and veggies and drink enough water, that should do it. If you ARE eating lots of fruits and veggies and drinking plenty of water, you may need to have your colon checked out.
