It's best to check out the Eat to Live book, by Dr Joel Fuhrman, but here's the basics:
all raw veg (aim for 1 pound a day)
cooked green veg (aim for 1 pound a day)
beans, legumes, bean sprouts, and tofu (1 cup or more a day)
fresh fruit (at least 4 a day)
starchy veg or whole grain (lest than 1 cup a day)
raw nuts and seeds (less than 1 oz a day)
avocado (less than 2 oz a day)
ground flax meal (1 tablespoon a day)
You can go without the limited stuff if you want to lose weight even faster. But ease into the beans, for obvious reasons :) Good luck!!
