Hi! I've been a vegetarian for about 4 years or so and have fine tuned my eating habits and preferences to a place I like. However, there is a large volume of food and healthy(ier?) food practices that I would like to engage in. Here are a few things I would love to find out:
1. New recipes (love the Moosewood cookbooks and Rose Elliot also has great recipes)
2. Whole food storage...how long can you keep something?
3. Finding a balance between fruit, vegetable, and grain ...
4. Letting go of dairy...is it possible / necessary?
These are few things I hope to find here. I love the opportunity to chat with people who have experience...hopefully that is what I find here.
