Welcome!! I am new too. I hope you share what you are learning in school!! I am very interested!!
Hi, and welcome!
I have a great respect for what you are pursuing. I visited Bastyr University with the intention of joining their master's program in Nutrition, but realized my path lay a different direction. After that I had a chance to serve on the Institutional Review Committee at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, here in Tempe, AZ. It was a great experience.
Best of luck to you!

Ditto. I wish I'd known all this stuff 20 years ago. I may have tried to do what you're doing. Good luck and please keep us informed with any new tidbits of information you get. I look forward to seeing you around.

I am one who believes the same thing. I think that diet and nutrition and exercise is the biggest factor that influences our physical and mental health. Many sicknesses can be attributed to our diets and insufficient amounts of exercise. But I also believe that when people feel down or depressed or sad and tired, it can also be related to foods and lack of exercise.
Good luck with your studies and as you learn new and interesting things in your classes, please share them here.

Hi all I'm a college student from Eugene Oregon, living in Portland Oregon and going to school with hopes and goals of achieving a Naturopathic degree. I believe that many factors cause illness but diet is the one that WE have the CHOICE to control. I look forward to hearing from you all!
