Welcome to Whole Foods. I'm like you... a work in progress. I still eat some meats - a few times a week for dinner (my family doesn't eat the same way I do). I do avoid the processed meats/foods as much as possible. (thanks for the link)
I have 3 kids: girl 23, boy 24, and boy 26. And one grandson 2, and another due in February. They really are more precious the second time around. ;)

Hello all, I have joined a while back and finally had time to say hi... I have been weeding more and more bad stuff out of my diet. This is a link of processed meat that you have to check out...it will make you never want to eat packaged meat again www.newstarget.com/phototour_mystery _m eat_1.html We do eat a little meat here, but usually just on the weekends and it is Organic Chicken and Organic beef that we get from our Uncle. If we didn't get the beef from our uncle then we wouldn't be eating beef at all. During the week I mostly eat Hummus and Salads. I also am looking for more ideas to get away from meat all together. That is why I am here.
Anyway I am a mother of 2 16 year old boy, 12 year old girl. A wife of 1 , and we have 2 dogs and a cat. I hope to learn a lot here.
