Welcome Pam!!! Everyday is a new start!!! Don't dwell on past failures. This journey is about making good choices, and the first step is to give yourself a break. Try to think positively. Once I start with the "I should have", "I wish I hadn't", "why didn't, etc. I find myself getting bogged down with more and more bad stuff. One cookie does not ruin the whole day. Just get on the treadmill that night to work it off. :) And enjoy treating yourself to that cookie.
