Welcome Pam!!! Everyday is a new start!!! Don't dwell on past failures. This journey is about making good choices, and the first step is to give yourself a break. Try to think positively. Once I start with the "I should have", "I wish I hadn't", "why didn't, etc. I find myself getting bogged down with more and more bad stuff. One cookie does not ruin the whole day. Just get on the treadmill that night to work it off. :) And enjoy treating yourself to that cookie. We will do this together!!

My name is Pam. Im 50yrs old and live in Maryland. I am married 7 yrs now to a wonderful man who treats me like a queen. I have 3 grown children and I have 5 granddaughters.
I have approx 165 pounds to lose. It is overwhelming when I think about it. But every day is a new day that I have to make changes. With joining sparkpeople again after being gone for awhile, is my first step of my changes. There are going to be alot more and I will get there.
