When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Hi, Jean. Welcome to the team. Walking is good exercise. If you have access to a pool, swimming and aquasize is good also, as it doesn't cause pressure on the knees when doing it. Glad you've joined the team. I'm looking forward to getting to know you better.

I am Jean living in the wilderness area of north eastern Oregon. Just across the hill from The. Snake River . I havent had a lot of trouble with my knees yet but they are tender, I know I need to loose weight and that doing this will help with the pain in my knees. I live 65 miles from the nearest town so there are no gyms available. My main source of ativity is walking, and yard work
