you have the right idea..losing weight as it will really help with the knees and they will thank you for it!!!walking is a great form of exercise..........check out the link below for more ideas....

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
