There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. Had done Spark in the past and achieved my ideal weight. Then I had ACL surgery (2009) followed by meniscus repair (Nov 2012) and gained very quickly. I want to lose weight mainly because my PT and surgeon said if I want to go back to tennis/running it would be much better if I lost weight. Also I have to unbuckle my suit pants when driving home from work. Refuse to buy new stuff. Recovering from knee surgery makes it difficult to exercise, which is annoying.
