so glad this works for you........all the best with doing them..........keep us posted as to how you are doing...

“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Thanks for your concern Lita. I am going to do weights for my upper body and stick to ROM exercises for my lower body for now. I really want to get some strength back. I will continue to look for leg exercises that you can do lying down.emoticonemoticonemoticonemoticonemoticon

emoticon Lita, the article was very good. I am doing everything in the article. I had an accident, major knee surgery, and have not been allowed to bear any weight on my right leg for over two months. They put a piece of metal that looks kind of like a spider around the pieces of my tibular plateau. It is not healing well. Everytime I move I can hear it crunch. My leg is swollen and always cold. Etc. I guess what I was asking because I have no muscle on my entire body, what can I do to get some strength back? emoticon emoticon
