Thanks for your concern Lita. I am going to do weights for my upper body and stick to ROM exercises for my lower body for now. I really want to get some strength back. I will continue to look for leg exercises that you can do lying down. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

can you do some circuit/strentgh training at all????
or even using some weights at home????

emoticon Lita, the article was very good. I am doing everything in the article. I had an accident, major knee surgery, and have not been allowed to bear any weight on my right leg for over two months. They put a piece of metal that looks kind of like a spider around the pieces of my tibular plateau. It is not healing well. Everytime I move I can hear it crunch. My leg is swollen and always cold. Etc. I guess what I was asking because I have no muscle on my entire body, what can I do to get some strength back? emoticon emoticon

am not sure what your injury is but you may want to consider the pool in doing the deep water aquafit etc......we always have several people coming to our classes with cruthes............hope this is what you were asking for???!!!

i use ice off and on.........mostly elevate and rest when i can.........

what do you do post exercise to deal with swelling and pain????
