hi and welcome! I can imagine being around good food all the time like that would make it very difficult. Do you write down everything you put in your mouth? That is the only way I can lose weight, maybe it would help you to think twice before tasting...I would imagine those tastes add up. I bet if you are organized enough to raise a family while owning and operating a restaurant, you'll do well with this too.

Hi, I'm Sue and I live in Northern Wisconsin on beautiful Chequamegan Bay. I'm married with 4 children, 1 grandchild, 4 cats and one dog. I own and work in a restaurant where delicious food is staring me in the face constantly, which can make it very hard to watch what I'm eating. I'm hoping Spark People will help me in my goal to lose the weight and keep it off for good.
