welcome back! my wife and i were on a health kick last summer...then our treadmill broke just before we ran a 5k...then we pretty much fell out of it from august to january but we are back as well...it's an ongoing struggle...good luck to you!

I joined - lost track, lost motivation and plain old quit!!!!
so here I am again
43 year old mother with a very active 8 1/2 yr old daughter who loves to bike ride, roller blade, take dance classes 3 days a week, swim, 4 wheel and rock climb... oh and lets not forget gymnastics.....
so in order to keep up its time for me to get on the proverbial ball, get back into a shape - other than round and get my life back where it should have always been... We went to a hike this past weekend and I finally broke out my new camera!!! Yippeeeee!
