I had 2oz of lean ham, on an Arnold Sandwich Thin, 6 pepper strips, 1 cuke spear, and 2 celery strips, and 1 carrot end about 4" long.
Rice is easy I do it all the time! 1 part rice to 2 parts water (do just a bit less then 2 parts) Bring to boil while stirring, reduce heat and cover.....DON'T peek for 21 mins. Turn off and let sit for at least 10 mins. This turns out great every time for me.
