A few suggestions for you :)
Have hand weights near to pick up whenever you need to keep your hands busy.
Have a bath.
To bed early with a good book. (that's the one i do when i feel the munchies coming on)
Rub hand lotion on your hands , that will keep em busy for awhile and the food would taste pretty disgusting..lol
Remind yourself how great you did that day and you don't want to blow it at the end of the day.
