I lost all track of time and didn't realize our 3rd Sparkaversary is about now!
I lost my weight in 2007 and then slowly gained it back. I started up again one year ago and have been successful AGAIN!! This time I vow to keep it off. I have also taken up running and will celebrate my 1st Runniversary in a few weeks.
Sparking has changed my life completely and am grateful for finsing it 3 years ago!!!
Don't know everyone's story from SP's Class of 2007. Has everyone hit their fitness mark? Are you maintaining or still losing more?? I'm MsBootcamp. Joined SP in 2007 then got busy with "other things". (In 2007 I also didn't realise how hip & useful SP is!) So it's like I'm new even though I'm not. Three years ago I was in shape - size 8 at 5ft7. Now I have some lbs to drop. So I'm dropping em this time to keep em off. Thanks for your inspiration!
