Well I have been an absent team member but am trying to get back on track, restarted today. I will try to get online and keep up posting and looking forward supporting and being supported by fellow team members. :D
Hi there! Like you, I joined in April! I'm mostly motivated with my lifestyle change, yet with all my changes, the weightloss has been very slow. But I'm hanging in there. I look forward to my morning workouts, I use my treadmill that's on my back porch and try to get out there before it's too hot. I am definetly more in shape and have to remain positive every day or I will fall off this bandwagon! So to everyone out there...
Hello, I started on Spark in April - (Duh) since this is SP Class of April 8-14 but I did lose over 10 pounds between April and the end of June. Then I took a break starting with my first vacation July 5 through 10th and didn't come back until last week after my second vacation. Between July 1st and August 10th, I gained all of my weight back. Last week I got back on the diet track...this week I am working on fitness. Need motivation and encouragement to stay on the horse...
I've been slacking too....but I sincerely want to try and do better. It takes a lot to get me motivated but once I get there...I stick with it. I just don't understand why it's taken me three months. Thanks for the encouragement
