I usually make sure I have a snack in the late afternoon before I leave work. A string cheese is a good choice because it gives me protein and a little fat.
After dinner I make sure I have something to do with my hands and/or mind that keeps me busy and less likely to browse the kitchen for food.
Balancing not binging, getting breakfast in me and eating every couple hours. Then after workout, take milk or protein of some sort. You can do this, hope that helps:-)

can anyone help provide ways to cut the binge after work
