Hello everyone...so I am joining again because I need help. I work full time and go to school close to full time as well. I need to lose about 30 pounds. I have tried appetite suppressants which helped but made me feel like I was going to jump out of my skin! See I am hungry all the tine. There are certain foods I cannot eat because I have kidney stones...so beans and nuts are out. I still thin I emotionally eat as well. I am trying to start journaling and keepping a food diary. I hope this helps. Also I need to start working out 4 days a week to start. I hope this is enough to start! Thanks! Andrea
