My goals are to change bad habits and create healthy ones that my family and I can live with and benefit from. I have 2 kids and I could see our bad fast food habits becoming their way of life. That was just not acceptable. I want them to be healthier and to do that I have to lead by example.
I joined Weight Watchers and found this web side and am doing my own version of WW/SP by watching points and logging foods on SP so I can keep a better watch over what I am eating and doing.
My over all goal is to be healthier and I know the side effect is to lose weight. I have a lot of short term mini goals and little things I focus on daily. I hope to have a completely different wardrobe by next summer.
