Hi everyone! I'm RS. I am so glad I found this team!! I was someone who only ate whole foods for about three years, nothing processed, no junk. I felt & looked great. Then I went back to school (study snacks sneaked back in) then I got married (cozy, comfort & junkfood was brought back into my house--- I didn't fight it). Now I'm past the fat/happy honeymoon stage, I'm finishing school and I really want to get back on track!
