I have a hard time with calcium, too. I like dairy, but you can only eat so much of it, and my mom has osteopenia, so I'm supposed to consume more calcium than other women. Sigh. Today, it's fish cakes with the salmon spine left in.
Just joined this team. I have been working on change for my dietary need for the past six weeks. I have high blood pressure so I really need to watch my sodium intake. I seem to always be below the daily recommended levels of magnesium and calcium.
