Sounds like I'm in the right place - life long struggle. . . will need support and will offer support as well. Any helpful hints, recipes are appreciated. Is this like the "Beyond A Diet" plan?

This site is the answer to anyone that wants to change their lifestyle to become a healthier person in control of their life. I have tried many different things, but this site put me on the right track, showing me that food is my friend and not the enenamy. Melvingirls you are in the RIGHT PLACE for support and guidance!

And yes, it's really free! What helps me to keep going is recognizing that so many people on this site are just like I am - overweight, tired, motivated, then they might have a bad week or weekend, and they just keep working toward their goals, no matter what. Make sure to check out the "Success Stories" under the Community menu, and the blogs, too. I highly recommend you start a blog just so you can get those feelings out - it helps to have a place to put them.

Hi!! Is this for real and really free????? i'm so excited I found this site!! It looks to good to be true!!! well i started two days ago and love using the meal plans. I'm a working mom and need to lose weight. I recently had a health scare and it put me in the hospital. i was away from my children for two days and did not like the feeling. i think if I were healthier and took better care of myself I would not have ended up in the hospital. I need to be healthy to be there for my children and I am the only one who has the power to fix this. so i'm very eager and scared to start this new journey and need all the support I can get!
