Hi Everyone from Colorado!
I'm pretty good at not eating processed foods, and I cook from scratch 5-6 nights a week, but I still have some processed foods in my diet unfortunately, especially for lunches. My goal this winter is to start making all my own breads, pastas, and tortillas!
Working on maintaining at 140!
