I've got a massive amount of weight to lose...but I'm feeling optimistic.
I've read that you should only make changes that you can keep...and eating real food rather than processed stuff is one aspect of this challenge that I really feel passionate about.

welcome! no it's not easy at times and i think that it will always be a struggle but i think you'll start to notice that when your body gets use to the healthy stuff...it wont take well to the bad. :) good luck to you cause i understand!

New to this group. I am trying to cut out processed foods, it has not been easy, but I have already started to feel better. Wish I didn't crave the processed items as much as I do.
